This 7.5-mile loop, with an elevation gain of 668 feet, is considered moderate and takes an average of three to five hours to complete in full. You can enter the hike from multiple directions, but from the lawrence rockefellar preservation entrance may be the easiest. It's approx 25 ft jump into chilly crystal clear water!!!
