WebMar 1, 2014 · The bus pass scheme imo has some flaws. In Blackpool the loading at 09.30 is too heavy. Many have to wait a long time for an empty bus. Why a bus pass is not valid after 11pm on weekdays amazes me, 4-6pm would be the logical time. A 50p boarding charge would have helped a long way with the scheme.
